Distillery wastewater treatment
針對(duì)釀酒廢水COD高、pH低、SS高、氮磷高等特點(diǎn)，采用“采用預(yù)處理+高效厭氧反應(yīng)器+多級(jí)AO-DIAB-MBR+高級(jí)氧化+膜處理”組合工藝進(jìn)行高效處理，解決傳統(tǒng)工藝占地面積大、運(yùn)行成本高、處理效果不穩(wěn)定等問(wèn)題。并通過(guò)生廢水處理過(guò)程的節(jié)能減排和資源化回收利用，實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)與環(huán)境的綠色低碳循環(huán)發(fā)展。
In view of the characteristics of high COD, low pH, high SS and high nitrogen and phosphorus in brewing wastewater, the combination process of "pretreatment + efficient anaerobic reactor + multistage AO-DIAB-MBR+ advanced oxidation + membrane treatment" is adopted for efficient treatment, which solves the problems of large footprint, high operating cost and unstable treatment effect of traditional process.
